Plot : Agni , A YouTuber runs a channel that specialises in Tracking and Exposing Superhumans and is now on the search for a Superhuman named Mithran. Parallely DK , a Businessman 's colleagues are killed by a Superhuman. How Agni searches for Mithran , does he have any ulterior motives and how is DK linked to all of these forms the rest of the crux.

Performance wise , Vasanth Ravi does a fair job, though he struggles to emote at places and keeps a straight face throughout the film. His Action Choreography is good. Sathyaraj as Mithran gets a mere extended Cameo role and is good. Though his presence was relatively less , he registers his character strongly. Rajeev Menon as DK is stylish yet laughable as a Antagonist. Very Weak writing and even more weaker cliched characterisation. Tanya Hope as Heroine doesn't even get scenes , she merely has 3-4 scenes where she's just a second fiddle to Hero on screen and does not even have a proper role. Rajiv Pillai as Samson is decent. 

Technically the film is horrible. VFX is a hit miss , while there very minor sequences where Superhuman Scene FX are good other than that VFX is laughable. Editing is Horrible. They have tried Non Linear Screenplay but the Edit pattern is so haphazard you won't even understand what is going on screen. Ghibran's Music is so forgettable and BGMs are so loud . Decent Cinematography. The AI , De - Aging stuff is a cash grab, it is merely an animation nothing else.

The Film's Core plot is decent but is not even 1% Original. We can see the many Indiainized ideas that have been directly lifted from Hollywood Superhero Origin Stories. The First Half actually tries to build the tension and curiosity but doesn't even build even a bit. Except for Pre Interval Sathyaraj Intro sequence, everything in the first half is so forgettable. We get a Non Synch YouTube Celebrity song , Blink and Miss Cameos of Bharadwaj Rangan , Yaashika Anand , Kaniha , Mime Gopi etc who appear on Screen for 3 mins to get killed in the next , an unwanted Environmental Saviour Track etc.Everything is so haphazardily stitched together that is even more shabby . 

Director Guhan Seniappan has tried make a Superhuman Saga borrowed from Hollywood but hasn't even done a Basic Research on the difference between Super Soldier and Super Humans. His definition of how Super Soldier can turn into a Superhuman is so hilarious. The Second Half is even more messier with all the jam packed Horrible VFX Superhuman Clash and Silly Twists that make the audience laugh more the film's comedy track did. The only Good thing about the Movie is , it focuses only on Core Plot (whatever director wanted to say ) and doesn't deviate to unwanted territories. The Climax Fight is funnily choreographed and peak comedy is the climax twist that ends up making the film look like a spoof of movies like Captain America , Hancock , X-Men , etc.

Overall: Weapon is a cheesy B Grade (Low Grade not P*rn ) film that aims to be something like X-Men or Captain America but ends up like Captain Aminjikarai and Venaam Man due to its cheap vfx and horrible storytelling.

Wait and Watch it OTT, please don't go and spend 200 for this in Theatre.
