Plot : Vikram Rathore , a Vigilante with his Girls Crew creates havoc among the city with his Vigilante Acts. Parallely , Azad Rathore a Jail Warden is seemingly linked with this Vigilante. Who is the Vigilante, what's his connection with Azad and who is Vikram Rathore actually forms the rest of the story.

Shah Rukh Khan excels in Dual Roles . His variations between various characters, his humour sense and mass elevation scenes are terrific. Nayanthara on a bold role is magnificent. Marks a great Hindi Debut. Deepika Padukone in a brief Cameo is great. Vijay Sethupathi as the Antagonist is just fantastic. His Screen presence against Shah Rukh is so towering that whenever they appear on screen together its a treat to watch. The Girls team played by Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Girija Oak , Lehar Khan and Aaliyah Qureshi are just too good. Rest Sunil Grover is good but wasted.

Technically the film is top notch. Anirudh's Songs and BGMs are just mind blowing as they elevate each and every scene. GK Vishnu's Camerawork is so stunning on screen that the film is visually rich. Special mention to Muthuraj's Art Work and Anal Arasu's Stunning Stunt Choreo. VFX is also good
Atlee has taken a very regular plotline and has tried to spin a mass masala action entertainer around it and actually has succeeded in that. Though the film maybe be very basic at times , the way Atlee has written SRK's Elevation are just mind blowing. The Interval Twist and introduction of a Secondary Character takes the cake here. Special Mention to Hindi Writers for some fantastic dialogues. Watch out for a Small yet fun Cameo by a Bollywood Actor.

On the downside , the film becomes predictable beyond a point. The Length of the film seemed to drag especially in the second half. The Flashback could've been trimmed a bit. North Indian's might feel the film is fresh , but South Indian's might get reminded of other movies which followed a similar storyline.Also after a focused first half , the second half might feel like it's all over the place.
But Atlee's Mass Presentation of SRK in a never seen before Action Avatar just hides all these minor issues with the film. Though the film touches on sensitive topics sometimes it never gets preachy or let's down its momentum .

Overall : Jawan is a typical South Indian Style Mass Masala Film that is anchored by a Energetic Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay Sethupathi who just wreak havoc on screen together. A Must watch for all Old School Bollywood/Kollywood Mass Action Film lovers !

One day, Kural confesses her love to Agan, but he rejects her, saying he never saw her that way. Heartbroken, Kural leaves the city for higher studies. Later, Agan realizes he truly loves her and goes to win her back, only to find that she has fallen for another man, Paari.
