#Adipurush Review

Plot : Based on Ramayana, the film follows the events after Lankesh (Iteration of Ravana) kidnaps Janaki(Iteration of Sita) and how Raghav (Iteration of Ram) with help of Vanarasena rescues her from Lanka

Prabhas as Raghav looks so horrible. Be it the Horrible body shape or continuity issues , he is outrightly misfit and bad. Kriti Sanon as Janakai doesn't get much scope to even perform. Same for Sunny Singh too. Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh is laughable at his best. The Horrible Head design , Attire design and walking style everything is so horribly designed. Devdatta Nage as Bajrang is the only saviour who's acting was really good. 

Cinematography wise the the film has nothing even to speak of as majority are shot in Greenmat. The Editing is average and doesn't have anything great. The elephant in the Room , the VFX is horrible at it's best. It's Silly , Cheap and Laughable. The film over-all Technically is so weak . The 3D Effects were so laughable that there was no need even to make it into 3D.
And also the way the Om presented Lanka and Inhabitants were utmost horrible. The Three Hour Run-time was exhausting as major portions of the story is covered in the first half and second half is literally just the war.

On the Flipside to see at some positives , the Music of the film by Ajay-Atul was a life saving aspect. Beautiful Songs with Powerful BGM works. Also a handful set of shots are a treat to watch. 

Om Raut had a vision but unfortunately it doesn't even translate 30% on to Screen. There have been instances were A Director's Exact vision cannot be brought to life on Screen but atleast was possible some 40% but here that also doesn't work. Be it characterization, dialogues or even pacing and staging of important sequences like Lanka Dahan , Sanjeevani Episode Everything seemes to be rushed. The Film tries to redeem itself through a Darkly set Finale but by the time it's too late.

Overall :  Adipurush is a lazily written and amateurly directed blunder. The film might work for kids below 10 years but that's also doubtful
