Plot : Pathaan , A Raw Agent faces against Jim , A Private Terrorist Organization Leader who is determined to launch a Chemical War on India.

 It took almost 30 years since his debut for SRK to become a full fledged Action hero and the man is in Terrific form ! He's back and that's the phenomenon!! Deepika Padukone gets a meaty role and does well. John Abraham as Antagonist seems menacing at places but becomes too substandard. Dimple Kapadia and Asutosh Rana get a good role and perform well. 

Cinematography by Satchith Paulose is good. Editing by Aarif could've been a bit crispier and faster. Vishal-Sheykar's Songs are okayish (though only 2 ) but BGMs are terrific! Especially Jim theme and Pathaan theme are too good !

This is Bhai Cameo Appreciation Paragraph! Man just captures the entire audience when he gives a bang on intro post interval. His Chemistry with SRK is too good!

Writer -Director Sidharth Aanand has taken a substandard Spy Thriller film that ticks all the boxes that a typical International Bond/MI type films have. The film's worldbuilding is great .
Terrific Action blocks make the film even more engaging at the places but the Film is way too much over the top and that's the film's plus and minus. 

The Film has some really shoddy VFX at places that kinda disconnect the audience. The film entirely depends on the King Khan's Larger than Life Hero Phenomenon to make the film actions believable but they are only 50% succesful in that. The Action set pieces are good but doesn't have much of Logic. The film also becomes Predictable at a point. Also the film at times feels like a Hurried film that entirely just focuses on World Building rather than being a standout film. The Liveliness & Subtleness of Movies like War or Tiger Series is missing here. 

The Film has some great set pieces that are worth watching in Imax screen.

Overall : #Pathaan is a decent Spy Thriller that has its moments . It's not great nor bad . The film will satisfy SRK fans for sure but doubtful for others.
